"When I checked in I was told that they did not have the room that I paid for. The man told me that I had to get a smaller room and I was going to move to the studio room with kitchen. I also informed that I had called and explained that I was bringing my small dog with me. when I called they told me that it would be perfectly fine and no additional fee for the first pet. The man then told that if I want the room with the kitchen he will have to charge me an additional fee. The room he gave me was dirty, stains of the sheets, door had a broken lock, AC was making noise as if it was broken. I also request two more towels and they were stained. The outside look really bad and filthy. Service in whole was the worse that I ever had."

"I don't leave very many reviews and even fewer negative reviews...but here goes: if you have any other options spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else...or sleep in your car if that is a reasonable option for you. Gross room, unkept exterior, lumpy bed, weird people. I think this experience might have finally cured me of my frugality"

"Room was clean nice. No remote for television. Short on towels after the third day of stay. "

"Room was partially cleaned, there was fake money and chip bags under the bed that had clearly been there for a while. Table and dresser drawer in room were broken. Didn't want to seem difficult at the time, but it was not the experience we were looking for. As soon as we woke up we checked out 7 am didn't wait for check out time. Staff needs updated training on proper cleaning . There was so much dust and dirt on the headboard and bed skirt smh.... Not what I expected as a first time customer!! The plus was that our room was located near the entrance where we were able to park and the microwave was directly outside of our room."
