"We enjoyed our stay at this very clean, beautiful, well maintained wellness spa hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the front desk staff, the spa staff (Carol), and the restaurant staff (Francesco, Marzia, and Francesca). The room was updated and clean thanks to Daniela and the other lady who was making sure our room was tidied everyday. The food at the restaurant was amazing, we ate one meal there besides breakfast everyday of our stay and did not regret anything we ordered thanks to Francesco’s recommendations. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel, would recommend and will stay here again! Be sure to get a massage or facial with Carol! It’s worth every penny! Also was a very kid friendly hotel where they provided us with a crib/cot. breakfast had lots of choices, delicious!"

"We chose the Villa Consiglio for space, pool and convenient location to access the main sights around the north coast. It did not disappoint.The pool was spacious and clean and the grounds elegantly landscaped with panoramic views towards the sea and the imposing Monte San Calogero. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful environment.The owners arranged a personal meet and greet in town before guiding us to the villa. This was very welcome as the turn off from the main road is a little tricky when first encountered.The kitchen / dining area was very clean and well equipped. The full size fridges and spacious ice boxes were particularly welcome.We were left a good selection of first day items including fruit, wine, bottled water and an ample supply of coffee pods.Helpful responsive to queries. Carlo’s daily attendance for pool cleaning, rubbish collection and general assistance was fantastic.The check in and check out procedures were quick and easy and relaxed. The electric gates and fencing gave us a good sense of security when away from Villa."

"Even though there was a large picture of a swimming pool in the advertisement, it cost 30 euros per person for an hour and a half. This included the spa facility but we were not interested in the spa, only the pool. Also we were unlucky when a group of cyclists (30 of them) had dinner at the same time as us on the first day and they were so loud that we could not talk amongst ourselves. Otherwise the food was very good and so was the service."

"I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect spot for our annual sibling trip! The house and the view are absolutely beautiful, and it’s exactly what you hope for when staying in the Sicilian countryside.Our hosts, Paul and David, were wonderful. They were incredibly welcoming and always responded quickly to any request. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.I highly recommend booking at least one chef dinner prepared by Bruno. It was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special!The road leading to the house is a little rough and tricky, but please don’t let that deter you. The experience is more than worth it. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Sicilian countryside experience."
