"This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! "They have the best staff. Very helpful with whatever you need. Large room with balcony and beautiful view. The restaurant on the hotel ground is wonderful. The whole staff made sure ee got exactly what we wanted and the way we wanted it. Domenico was especially attentive. We loved our meals there, and were sad to leave the Hotel."

"Overall a good option. Clean hotel & friendly staff. The rooms are dated, but kept well. The hotel restaurant is lovely with great service and good food. Breakfast and dinner sampled and it also has a brilliant view out over to sicily to add to your enjoyment. Easy location, just off the seafront. I'd definitely recommend"

"We have been travelling for a few weeks now. I would say that although B&B Centrale was not in the best location, it was by far the best. The owner provided excellent service, served us breakfast and coffee and gave us free water each day. Everywhere we travelled, we didn’t see the shadow of the owner or their employee. Everything was so hands off. But Sr. Nuno (if memory serves me right) provided hands-on service. Such a gentleman. We stayed in a big quadruple room which was very clean and spacious. We didn’t feel cramped like in other places. The bathroom was located a bit away from our beds. This ensured we weren’t bothered by the light being turned on by someone who needed to go. Great owner. Made our stay so pleasant. Grazie Mille."
