People who just need beach access this is perfect hotel as right on boardwalk. But other than rooms dont expect anything from hotel. Great ocean views from the 12th floor. I asked for a walk in shower but got a jacuzzi. Not helpful! But our stay was quiet and comfy before the crowds.
