Great little hotel

In a great position in the city very close to the cathedral, bars and restaurants. Street parking is expensive, so ask the receptionist for a ticket for town hall parking 3 mins walk away, underground and €15 a night.

Reasonably sized city type hotel room – bed was dead comfy! Pierre on reception was really helpful and eased the process to the underground car park down the road.

There were broken tiles in the bathroom, the shower overflowed the small lip into the rest of the bathroom, the room was musty and the last bit of path to the room consisted of some plastic panels covering a pipe of which many were damaged. The hotel was in a good position for the train station.

The front desk staff was very nice and courteous. However, the overall condition of the hotel was very poor and badly in need of updating. The picture on Expedia is not reflective of the rooms. With caution other travelers against using this hotel in the future.

Very charming room with a small balcony and good space. In the center of the town and walking to shopping and Main Street was easy. Front desk speaks English so it was nice. Parking is street parking but no problem finding one. Great place.

The property is just okay. We did not like the room were initially given. It was on the ground floor with no windows. It was very dark and didn’t feel clean. We asked for a different room and it was better but still not great. It was funky. The hotel needs a major upgrade. That said, the location is convenient for walking. The staff member was very nice and helpful. Would not stay there again. We left a day early and did not ask for a refund.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed for a two night stay. It was comfortable and all we required. The local area was quiet despite lots of good restaurants and bars close by and within easy walking distance to attractions, park and shopping area. Easy street parking outside

Lovely small hotel, centrally located, right next to bars and brasseries. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom and toilets are separate which is handy if you share a room. The staff were all brilliant; from the evening front desk gentleman to the night security staff and the lady who checked us out the next morning - everyone was super nice and friendly. There is a car park located a 2 mins walk away, which the hotel has access cards for, for a small fee. Overall a great experience, and great service, highly recommended.

Nice hotel in quiet part of Reims. Parking is available on street from 7PM to 9AM for free. Otherwise, you can pay overnight nearby for 15E. Nice breakfast included. Nearby dining options for casual dinners.
