Great location. Very small rooms. Fine for one night with family of 5. Was told I was being upgraded and once they realized I booked through Expedia and not directly with them—the upgrade vanished.

Very interesting place. Unassuming on 39th Street but reasonably priced and quite a large room. Very charming with a lot of character and history. The bar was great.

This location is perfectly located in the middle of town for a tourist! Really amazing staff who have great communication via WhatsApp. The breakfasts were fantastic -
Highly recommend!! And the dinner onsite is great too. Room was small, but clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were firm but comfortable (think memory foam). The pillows were not good but it’s nominal when everything else is perfect!!!

The Margaritaville staff at New York Times Square was exceptional, and the best experience I've ever had!
The front desk, housekeepers, servers and host were absolutely amazing. They did such a wonderful job decorating the room for my son's birthday too. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

"The property is well out in the countryside, not too far from the Polish border at Słubice, about 90 mins east of central Berlin. Set on a lake, it’s tranquil. A collection of different buildings set apart, with short walks to the restaurant, spa, reception etc. After check in I had a bit of a shock ..."
