"The guy that works the office. Is very professional. Talks kindly and very informative. There's no real room service. You yourself supply everything from tissue to trash bags. Lots of hidden fees if you don't follow the rules, be aware. Non smoking non smoking. Very quiet spot, and private. "

It is located in an older neighborhood, which is rough around the edges.However, we felt safe and did not have any problems. We are veteran VRBO users and researched the property thoroughly & read the reviews. The only con is that the property is described & filtered as a 2-bath house but really is a bath & a half. There is no shower or tub in the second bathroom. Update the description. Don't expect perfect. It's not that. Very comfortable. New washer & dryer. The refrigerator needs to be updated, but it was fine for our needs.few thinngs that needed immefiate"
