"It was the apartment at the last floor of the building, great view and amazing pool. Everything was ok, no problems at all. Totally recommended."

"Do not prepay this hotel, I prepaid through Expedia and when I got there they claimed I was supposed to pay directly at the hotel, and had no records that I had already paid. I was allowed to check in without paying again, but they still took my credit card for additional expenses (in case I use the minibar or restaurant) 5 days later they still have not reversed the pre authorization in my credit card for $100 Usd. Hotel is clean but events downstairs create a noisy environment"

"Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly."

"Excellent views, especially by night. Bus stop in front of door. Viña del Mar and Valparaíso in half an hour. Go see the sea lions!!!! "
