Hidden and Peaceful

Older hidden gem of hotel that needs a little updating. The staff are very friendly! Spa was very nice. Grounds are very well kept. Breakfast had a lot of options and dinner was good. The water in the shower took a long time to get warm. 20 minute walk to the beaches.

lindo lugar, pero detalles oscurecieron el bosque

Dos cosas a mejorar, primero, te hacen isncribir en un horario de desayuno que tiene cierta franja, llegamos en ella 5 minutos despues de comenzada la franja y no habia mesas disponibles, era esperar hasta que se dignara alguien a seder su puesto o nada, fue lo ultimo. Segundo, y peor, al momento de querer reversar la garantia de la tarjeta, perdi 45 minutos que podria haber estado en cualquier parte menos en la recepción

Las áreas verdes hacen la diferencia

En resumen Personal muy cordial, es el punto más alto del hotel. El restaurant que tienen, la variedad es poca, los precios un poco elevados para las porciones, la demora en la cocina es considerable. A mi juicio es una mala alternativa de restorant, mejor salir a comer fuera del recinto. El desayuno estuvo bien, cumple con lo justo. Piezas cómodas, la suite con terraza en la que estuve el espacio amplio, buena limpieza, temperatura siempre ideal. El entorno es maravilloso, la sensación de pureza que da el bosque es asombrosa, genera un gran placer estar entre tanta vegetación y bien cuidada. El gran problema ahí son los estacionamientos. Pocos, no hay ninguna preferencia de uso a los huéspedes, si te tocó justo una celebración de matrimonio quedarás afuera con tu auto. Un gran hotel para quedarse con la condición de comer en otro lado. 8/10

Bueno pero fue mejor

Conocimos el hotel hace algunos años y no se nota mejora con el paso del tiempo...por el contrario, está igual. Antes habían animadores. No hay promoción de los beneficios del Spa para el pasajero y otros beneficios se perdieron (pantuflas, batas en cada habitación). El servicio de restaurant ha encarecido mucho sus precios.

Do not prepay this hotel, I prepaid through Expedia and when I got there they claimed I was supposed to pay directly at the hotel, and had no records that I had already paid. I was allowed to check in without paying again, but they still took my credit card for additional expenses (in case I use the minibar or restaurant) 5 days later they still have not reversed the pre authorization in my credit card for $100 Usd. Hotel is clean but events downstairs create a noisy environment

When we checked in to our room it was very cold. When we asked about the heating we were told it would come on at seven pm. Meanwhile they offered to bring a heater. The heater was not cabable of heating the room, so we left the hotel for a walking hoping that the regular heating would be able to warm the room, it did not. At 9:30pm we called the front desk 3 times no one answered. The hotel had a party organized outside close to our room with live music which was very loud and kept going until after 12:30. All this shows an indiferente towards guest which can not make me recommend this hotel. It is not a cheap hotel and the rooms have a good size but look quite worn out.

Buen hotel y detalle anécdotico.

Fue muy buena. Excelente hotel. Limpio. Desayuno perfecto. Espacio muy grato. Lamentablemente en la noche se activó un riego del patio y el agua pegaba directo a la ventana de mi habitación. Fue a eso de las 01:00 am y nos despertamos asustados. El riego dura entre 5 y 10 min.
