Rendall Park

We've stayed at this hotel several times and always had a great experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and central. However, on our last stay, the hotel staff definitely went above and beyond. After checking out, we took a cab to the airport, and, accidentally left one of our cell phones in the cab. The hotel staff were instrumental in making sure the cell phone was returned to us. We are so grateful! This is the exact level of care and service all people want. Whenever we return to Vancouver, we will always stay at the Hilton Vancouver Downtown. No question at all!

The bed was clean and comfy, but the furniture was old. The staff were not that helpful.
