The only way to cool the room was by opening the window as I was there November and they had switched to heating

Cosy, modern with charm. Consistent, friendly staff. Well designed, modern rooms and amenities. Well located near the old town. Welcoming touch with a drink whilst checking in. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. I love that you had walk-in showers. The temperature of the room was comfortable. Some nice treats were included -- Free water daily, macaroons one night. Olga at the front desk was particularly helpful.

I like a very firm bed, and this one was excellent. The shower temperature controls were very responsive. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
