"A piscina não estava funcionando mas isso nao foi o probelma maior, o quarto tinha MUITO cheiro de tinta e o banheiro estava sujo de pó de gesso. O ralo do box acabou entupindo e molhou o banheiro inteiro. Apesas disso tudo, o hotel tem um grande potencial pela sua localização e pelo atendimento, creio que precise apenas de alguns ajustes."

"Great location, clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed, english speaking staff. Honor based minibar in the room and the same for the bar next to the pool. Only drawback would be few outlets to charge devices in the rooms. I'd rate this pousada above their 4 star competitors in Buzios."

"Upon checking in, our room didn’t have electricity. We were told to wait in the waiting room while the electrician came without offering other options, told there were none. After an hour at 11pm we were offered a room without AC, but it also didn’t have a functioning shower with hot water, outlets (woke up to a phone with no charge), or fan (extremely loud). The property didn’t offer alternatives and even lied about availability, then refused to give any type of refund. "

"Localização excelente, não precisa pegar carro para ir até à praia de Geribá. As comodidades do Apart Hotel são muito boas para ir com família (piscina, sauna e sala de jogos). Os utensílios, equipamentos e mobiliário do apartamento precisam ser renovados (algumas gavetas quebradas, porta de armários da cozinha sem puxadores e talheres muito surrados).As cortinas transparentes e black out também precisam ser trocadas, pois estão com aspeto de velhas e rasgadas em alguns lugares. "A hospedagem, no geral, foi muito boa. A funcionária Ciana sempre muito agradável e prestativa. Local limpo e piscina ótima. O café da manhã está disponível a partir das 8:30h, na minha opinião, o café da manhã sai muito tarde para uma cidade turística, onde se tem várias opções de passeios que saem cedo. A minha única insatisfação foi justamente nessa parte, em que eles até fazem café mais cedo quando solicitado, mas não parecem muito satisfeitos em fazer isso. Não tive uma boa experiência...

"Ótima experiência. Café da manha bem variado, coisas frescas, piscina estava quentinha, cobertores limpos e toalhas tambem, assim como o quarto também estava bem limpo. Ambiente bonito e aconchegante, não dei muito ao ver as fotos pelo site mas me surpreendi quando cheguei no local."
