"Hotel, staff, food, room all were very good. The only problem was with the set and no change air condition temperature. It was cold, no heater and air condition was set on 21 c cool option. guest wouldn’t be able to change the temperature to higher degrees. Also, rooms wall were very thin. I could hear the next door snoring or phone conversation. Staff were very friendly and nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible. Particularly Angel at the front desk, and Lola at the restaurant."

"Hotel is charming and lovely in an old school way. Staff is super helpful and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Really nice rooftop bar. Great neighborhood, a bit away from the bustle but plenty of places to eat. A few downsides - No gym, my room was very nice but small. Also need to leave key with front desk when you leave - old school keys."

"This apartment had everything a family with young kids can ask for. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment (with an additional sofa bed in the living room), traveling with an infant and a toddler. The living room was extremely spacious and well designed. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, extra towels and endless pillows available in closet. The daily cleaning offered by Hyatt was a godsend. The bedrooms were very sound proof and luxurious with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love was that the 2nd bedroom had a single bed, which was not ideal for co sleeping with toddler. The location is in a nice neighborhood but it's a 15 min transit to the central tourist areas/sites to see, and a several minutes walk to local restaurants. So if you're traveling with young kids, be prepared with a stroller and carrying kids for several minutes as you navigate transit. We did find the transit stations such as the metro and the bus to be quite accessible for the stroller. It helps to have the tap to pay with credit card option. Kids under 4 ride free (as of writing of this review)."
