"We loved this hotel!!! The rooms were comfortable and everything is well thought out to make you feel like royalty(get it? Spain has a king).Breakfast was delicious with a really excellent array of options to choose from. The best best part is the staff, everyone we had contact with were absolutely spectacular and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I especially want to thank Diego, who was very helpful and Gema the hostess at the restaurant. That said everyone and I mean everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Great location. Great room. Turn right out of the hotel to walk Madrid for food and drink and neighborhood vibes. Turn left for sights palace and cathedral. "

"Great hotel and staff! The rooms are a bit small. All the amenities were perfect. The only issue we had was with the toilet. It broke 3 times during our 6 day stay. When called in, a maintenance person came quickly to repair. The roof top bar has an incredible view of the sunsets - would definitely stay there again. "

"Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with lots of choices, and the location is perfect — everything’s within walking distance. The only disappointment was the SPA. The hotel name and even Expedia advertise it as a “Hotel & SPA,” but it turns out you have to pay extra to use it. It would be much nicer if the price was just a bit higher and included the spa, so guests wouldn’t have that awkward surprise. After all, the name does say “Hotel Wellington Hotel & SPA,” right?"
