We had a wonderful stay. We had the family suite which was basically a one bedroom apartment with a fully stocked kitchen including a washer dryer and balcony. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Great helpful staff (Andres) gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. The suite had a surprise kitchen and a washing machine; it felt more like a nice apartment than a hotel. Fully stocked mini bar, everything is clean. Classy old building and a beautiful safe and quiet neighborhood walkable to central attractions. Very few tourists around somehow, which was nice :)

Decent stay and perfect for one night for three of us. Nice clean hotel in a good neibhourhood and easy access to centre. Only issue was the noise on the road and from the other room possibly due to thin walls. If you are light sleeper then might find it hard

Great for Families, Away from the Noise

We had a great stay. Although the hotel is a bit far from the busy downtown area, the quiet environment was very pleasant. Public transportation like buses and trains were within walking distance, so getting around wasn’t a problem. There’s also a supermarket nearby, and the in-room kitchen was especially convenient for us as we were traveling with kids. If I had to mention one downside, the WiFi signal was a bit weak at times. Other than that, everything was great!

Nice place.

It's a nice place where a family of four will be more than comfortable. I didn't like that the app said the room would have two individual beds and a queen bed, but it ended up having two individual beds and a double sofa bed. Nonetheless, I would definitely go back. The place is great, near Calle Serrano in Madrid.

We arrived at 11am and were checked in by very courteous staff; were able to enter our room not long after a brief walk in the neighbourhood. Suite has a kitchenette and washing machine (we didn't use). Staff turned the sofa into a bed by the time we returned to the suite in the evening. A couple of doors up the same road is a Dia supermarket. Closest metro station Ruben Dario, a 10 min walk downhill past the US embassy. Light switch for bedroom reading lamp was dirty; yellow crusted substance. Some plates were greasy/grimy. Overall, a homely feel to the property in a quiet, affluent neighbourhood. I would return in the future.
