Personalen var fantastisk och så service minded! Det som kanske var lite sämre var läget. Stranden som ligger nära går inte att bada på så det kostar ca.300kr tur och retur till en annan strand.

Polite staff only at reception. We stayed 5 days there and ther wasn't even one night with entertainment planned. Barmans don't know what is a fresh lemon.not very polite service. If you choose all inclusive don't expect snacks during the meals. Very poor quality of drinks. Photos you can see in advert are done well with photoshop. Don't expect anything from photos. It's not 4 star hotel definetly. The is so many nicer place around for the same money. be prepared for long walk to the beach. Average hotel with average staff

H εξυπηρετηση του προσωπικου τοσο στην υποδοχη ,οσο και κατα την διαρκεια του γευματος ηταν αψογη.Η πικοιλια του φαγητου κατω του μετριου και το χειροτερο ηταν οτι το αποχετευτικο της τουαλετας του δωματιου μας ηταν χαλια.Μυριζε ολο το δωματιο απο την αποχετευση και δεν μπορουσαμε να κοιμηθουμε. χρειαζεται ανακαινηση.

Non capisco questi recensioni male. Siamo stati una settimana. La camera è stata pulita ogni giorno con asciugamani nuovi. Lo staff, sopratutto al bar e nel ristorante veramente gentile e educati. 5 minuti a piedi al mare e negozi. La zona piscina spaziosa e sempre pulita, anzi tutte le zone comunale. Il cuoco è venuto fuori dalla cucina ogni pranzo e cena per controllare il cibo. Siamo stati veramente bene.

I don’t get the bad reviews!

After reading the bad reviews, I was very scared, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Our room was great, the staff was very nice and helpful and the poolarea was excellent! Here and there you might find some small flaws (like the tv cable that were visible etc.), but overall it was a great hotel! The breakfast was alright, nothing special, but definitely enough. Does it deserve 4 stars, maybe not, but I very much enjoyed my stay there! The room (and pool) was cleaned every day and the reception even printed something for us after a small car accident. So nice!

Hotel lontano a piedi dal mare. Serve l'auto.

Abbiamo chiesto qualche cuscino in piu' in quanto quelli in uso troppo bassi Non li hanno dati. Forse non sanno che alcune persone necessitano,per problemi di salute, di dormire in posizione antideclive. Servizio a tavola scarso.La doccia perde. Il pavimento si bagna. Diventa scivoloso. Il portiere di notte che parla Italiano invece gentilissimo. Cibo discreto. Operatore bar piscina cordiale ed efficiente.

La nourriture de l’hôtel est très décevant. Les viennoiseries au petit déjeuné sont immangeable, les repas du midi et du soir ne sont pas variés et sont de piètre qualité. La taille des chambres est correcte par contre les douches ne sont pas totalement fermées donc inondation dans la salle de bain. les chambres sont très mal insonoriser (on avait le voisin qui ronflait et qui allait aux toilettes a 4h du mat) Le jour de notre arrivée a 23h00 on a rien eu a grignoter du coup pas de repas du soir .... A mon avis cet hôtel ne vos pas mieux que 2 étoiles voir une

Bad location

We ended up checking out a day early from this hotel. The staff were unfriendly. So lucky we only had breakfast included as this was very disappointing. Not a lot of option to eat. The pool was a decent size but the water was hot so wanting a dip from the heat is a no go. The room was very average, our beds would move around and the headboard was dirty from a previous person who had written something on there. The shower was very basic with no shower head holder or door so the water would go everywhere. Make sure to take all bathroom essentials as you do not have any provided including a hair dryer. This is a very basic hotel we’re you do not want to spend any time in unless your going sleep. I was very disappointed!

Wifi: ei toiminut koko aikana. Huone: Väliovi naapuriin karsea, kaikki kuului läpi siis kaikki. Ilmastointi ei toiminut. Korjauksen jälkeen vuosi kondensiovedet huoneen sainää pitkin. Siivous ei toiminut. Ei ollut siivojia. Ruoka: vaatimaton samaa toistava, kaikki aina loppu. Kahviautomaatti valoi kahvia lattialle. Lopulta saivat termarit, mutta niiden täyttö unohtui. Vesi oli välillä poikki.

The hotel staff was very unmotivated and gave us almost no information and responded very sensitively felt immediately attacked and overwhelmed. We were at breakfast, which ends at 09:30, partly with overstrained staff rude treatment and even asked the breakfast room at 09:30 to leave! The room was rarely cleaned and the shower, at least in our room in the older part of the hotel, was very old, bad and without splash protection which led to awkward flooding. All in all, unfortunately not recommended.

Not worth it

This hotel definitely sent me to an emotional rollercoaster! After looking up this hotel online, I found out it changed name several times and it always had very VERY bad and scary ratings. When we were arriving to the place I was so scared that we did the biggest mistake booking our vacation there. Once we arrived I was actually happy that this placeat least exists and to my surprise the room even looks like the room on the picture (kind of) and the person on the reception even offered us a plate with dinner since we had all-inclusive and came at midnight so we missed dinner. I was shocked and wanted to give the hotel really good rating because I thought they really deserve it and it’s not as bad as it seems online. Then things started to go downhill with paying too much tax by the arrival than it first said on the hotels.com, fridge missing in our room, and AC at the balcony leaking so much that you couldn’t sit on the terrace. Fridge was fixed, AC wasn’t. Cleaning was supposed to happen every day, long story short - after nagging every day several times and changing towels and sheets myself they actually cleaned last day before our departure. It is not 800m to the beach, its probably double that and the bus to the beach goes in weird times so we haven’t used it once (eventhough the hill gets quite tiring). Food was OK. Glasses were extremely dirty though. Pool was OK, a bit dirty though. Greek night with dancing, music and bbq didn’t happened and staff didn’t tell anyone.
