Eveland Accessible Villa 1

Eveland Accessible Villa 1 is a modern, welcoming villa in Crete,
perfect for up to 4 guests. Located just a short walk from the beach
and local amenities, it features two bedrooms, a private pool, a lush
garden, and a BBQ area. Specially designed for guests with reduced
mobility, the villa includes an accessible bathroom with walk-in shower
and adapted toilet.

The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, private balcony, Smart TV, air
conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two
single beds, its own balcony, Smart TV, air conditioning, and blackout
curtains. Both bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers and modern
comforts.

Outside, the private pool (6.5 x 4 m, depth 1.45 m) is surrounded by
seating and automatic lighting for evening swims. The garden is lush
and vibrant, with a shaded BBQ area and dining table for four. Private
covered parking is included.

The villa is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, and
just 500m–1 km from the beach, with easy access to Rethymno Hospital
and both major airports (Heraklion ~72 km, Chania ~77 km). Fully
equipped for a comfortable and inclusive stay, Eveland Accessible Villa
1 is ideal for relaxation and exploring Crete.

Fantastic Holiday Villa!

The description of the Villa on the VRBO listing is spot on!!The property had everything we needed PLUS more-kitchen was very well supplied!There were 5 large bottles of water in the fridge and the pantry was stocked with many unopened staples for our exclusive use. Lots of additional thoughtful touches throughout the home. There was a small problem with the hot water which was immediately taken care of by the owner. The pool is heated by a heat pump, which took the cold edge off during our April visit. Parking was secure & spacious for a 4 door Toyota Corrolla. Beds were comfortable with extra bedding & nice pillows. The Villa was spotless clean upon our arrival & housekeeping services were openly offered to us throughout our stay. The villa was easy to find & walkable to local amenities. The location made it central to drive to many beaches, historical sites and adjacent communities. We definitely recommend booking the Eveland Accessible Villa!!
