The villa belongs to a complex of 3 villas. Only a short drive from beautiful sandy beaches and water sports facilities, this modern, two storey villa is set in an elevated position surrounded by sun terraces and lawns. The villa enjoys spectacular views across vineyards and olive trees to the mountains and sea beyond.
Furthermore, inside the holiday villa complex there are BBQ facilities available.

An open plan, modern living area with complete modern furniture's and household equipment. Large picture windows at ground and first floor look out onto the swimming pool area. In the living room there is also a fireplace.
The villa consists of 1 bedroom, with one double bed on the ground-floor and two bedroom with two single beds each on the first floor. Each room has its private bathroom and the first floor bathroom also includes a HydroJet Massage. In all of them there is air-conditioning, TV and private balcony. Modern lounge with supreme view and fantastic architecture. Kitchen completely equipped with: microwave, electric cooker with ceramic hobs, refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher. Complete cooking equipment. Morning Dining room. A luxurious and fully equipped villa, perfect for your summer & winter holidays in Crete!

Large sun terraces furnished with sun loungers and parasols surround the 6 x 4.5m swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps. There is a poolside shower. There is a barbecue for the guests to prepare delicious meals where they can enjoy at the patio dining table and chairs, while watching over the mountains, the old village of Skouloufia and the sea. The area is pleasantly landscaped with lawn areas and citrus trees. There is a private parking in the outdoor space of the villa.
