We were provided a list of excursions available through a local tour operator. The front desk staff was helpful in booking the excursion and arranged a bagged meal to be left in our suite as pick-up times didn't allow us to use the breakfast buffet.

Amazing!

Amazing experience overall. Great check in, great room, great space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Cold bottle of wine, fruit and water in the fridge and amazing breakfast. Staff also supper friendly. One of the best bookings I’ve made on hotels.com for my family (who tend to be picky)

The hotel was beautiful. We had the room with the jacuzzi and steam room. The staff was amazing. Manolis especially was amazing. Highly recommend if your going to Crete. Short walk into the old town.

An amazing and luxurious hotel. All rooms have balconies with sea view. Clean room, clean and well maintained hotel facilities. In front of the hotel there is a small and rocky beach. The city and the beaches are 3 km away

Worth stay at.

Fantastic place to stay. Some modern updates. Nice view. Cleaning and breakfast buffet staff were great! We had one miserable male night manager front desk person who seamed to be upset about us asking for more toilet paper and made me get it out of the lobby washroom. Not cool. But the breakfast was great so was the pool. I recommend this hotel.

Delightful experience!

The staff are so friendly and helpful! From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, housekeeping and laundry service, all were exceptional! The hotel has a lovely breakfast everyday with a wide variety of both hot and cold options, many of which are locally sourced. The evening patio dining and bar overlooked the ocean and although the menu was not as expansive, there were quite a lot of beverage options. The room we had was one of the suites, and met all of our needs. The housekeeping staff kept us well supplied with all amenities. The spa was wonderful as well. I enjoyed my 20% discount on my massage which was very enjoyable. Overall a very nice stay!

Lovely seafront property with great facilities

Beautiful setting and our room on 8th floor had amazing views over the sea and of the forteza. The room itself was very spacious with a separate good size bedroom with plenty of storage and open plan living room/kitchen area. Kitchen was well equipped although a few more glasses would have been nice. The bathroom was also a good size , the only negative was the shower which was over the bath and it was difficult to contain the water which sprayed everywhere including the floor. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds and a nice bar area as well as an evening bar with stunning views. The staff were great . Very helpful and the cleaning was done to a high standard. Approx 15 min walk into the old town . Path was quite narrow in places and road was busy but easy to get buses and taxis. There were quite a lot of steps to the hotel just to be aware

We did enjoy our stay very much. The rooms were big enough for 4 people and quiet as well as clean. Very responsive service. The pool area though is too small - most beds were always taken and the water is very warm. There is no private beach nearby as mentioned in the property information. The property/rooms are a little dated too, especially the bathrooms. We would still come back as we enjoyed the great ocean view and the quietness of the rooms.

The food and drink was good, especially the included breakfast. We loved the location between Chania and Heraklion for sightseeing. The town of Rethymno was charming with good food and shopping. Pool was lovely but unheated. Friends got massages at the spa and were pleased with the results.
