    Our Villa Cornelia is located in a fantastic valley, a popular destination for tourists who enjoy exploring by tourist train, bicycle, or jeep. It's close to the beach yet far enough away from the tourist crowds. Rethymno is a 15-minute drive away. The three apartments are well-equipped and air-conditioned. Only three of the four apartments are available for rent. Just pack your swimwear and head out, as shopping is easy in the port and boutique town of Rethymno, which is only 15 minutes from the villa. The beach and Costa Bay are a 5-minute drive away. The area is particularly known for its pleasant climate. Despite being close to tourist areas, you won't notice much of the hustle and bustle here in the valley, nestled among the olive groves. We are located approximately 950 metres from the village of Asteri. For your convenience, we'd be happy to send you directions to our villa so you know exactly how to get here from Heraklion or Chania airport.



    Transport connections: The Chania-Rethymno-Heraklion highway is 2 km away, Heraklion Airport is approximately 55 minutes away, Chania Airport approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away, and Rethymno ferry port approximately 15 minutes away. There is a bus connection to Rethymno, where you will find cafes, tavernas, and various cultural attractions. The village of Asteri, suitable for small shopping needs, is 900 metres away. Large supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away, and a Lidl supermarket is 10 minutes away.



    Equipment:

    The 2-room apartment is located on the top floor and has a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom for a total of 4 people plus a baby cot and has a large balcony.



    All apartments are equipped with:

    Colour TV (satellite connection), some with DVD player

    Kitchen: including dishes, oven, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle

    Bathroom: Shower / Bathtub, Hairdryer

    Air conditioning included



    Towels and bed linen are changed and the room is cleaned twice a week. Cleaning supplies, clothes pegs, tea towels, etc. are provided.



    Pool and garden:

    There is a large shared swimming pool. A separate children's pool is available for younger children. A barbecue grill is provided for barbecue evenings. The ground-floor apartment has its own private grill.

Endroit paisible a 5 km plage

Endroit au calme, vue sur la mer, avec terasse- balcon,a 5 km de la plage et a 14 km de rethymnon. Propriétaire très sympathique, attentif à nos besoins, toujours à l écoute de nos attentes. Logement hyper propre avec piscine vraiment sympa. Si je dois revenir en crête c est ici que je reprendrais un logement.

Tolles Apartment mit sehr gastfreundlichen Vermieter.

Modernes und ansprechendes Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt, das von uns bewohnten Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet, es mangelt an nichts und bietet für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt genügend Platz. Ein schöner Pool auf der Gartenseite wo man relaxen kann, war ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit bei Fragen zu erreichen. Die Kommuniktation bis zur Anreise war ebenfalls TOP. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig/ entspannend/stressfrei und man sollte aber ein Verkehrsmittel (z.B. Auto) zum einkaufen oder andere Aktivitäten mit einplanen. Ich kann das Apartment inkl. dem Vermieter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für das tolle Apartment!

Sehr gepflegte FeWo mit sehr toller Außenanlage

Meine Familie hatten schöne 7 Tage hier in der Villa Cornelia. Der Gastgeber hat sich super um uns gekümmert und stets offen für alle Fragen. Unsere Kinder 4 und 6 haben es geliebt im Garten zu spielen oder im Pool zu schwimmen. Vielen Dank für die vielen Spielsachen( Einkaufsladen, Poolaccessoires, Bücher und und und)! Die Kinder reden immer noch davon. Der Gastgeber ist sehr gestrebt das alles in tollen Zustand ist. Die Poolreiniger etc wären regelmäßig da. Die FeWo war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten eine große Zweizimmerwohnung die perfekt zu viert war. Die Kinder hatten ein separates Schlafzimmer. Die Anreise zur Villa ist sehr schön zufahren. Die Straßen von der Autobahn zur Villa sind neu geteert und man ist sehr schnell unten am Strand, Supermarkt oder Autobahn. Vielen Dank Sönke und Viele Grüße von den Kindern.

Great holidays

Thank you for your welcoming and your kindness. Our holidays were wonderful : great country, great beaches, great food... The house is very quiet and the swimming pool very pleasant. The only point for us was minor but the lack of a washmachine was an inconvenient.
