The apartment was clean, well equipped, and conveniently located with a pleasant ocean view. It was within a 15-minute walk to the old city and in close proximity to some of the best restaurants in Rethymno. However, a significant drawback was the persistent and highly unpleasant sewage smell that would permeate the entire apartment whenever the toilet was flushed or the shower was used. The odor was so overpowering at one point that we had no choice but to vacate the apartment. Contrary to the manager's explanation attributing the smell to humidity, it was clearly a separate issue. Hopefully, this problem will be resolved promptly to prevent it from affecting the experience of future guests.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. The room at North Coast Seaside Suites was in unacceptable condition: it smelled strongly of mold and dampness, and the bed linen was dirty. As I am pregnant, this posed a serious health risk. The situation was completely disproportionate to what we had paid and what was actually provided. The hotel also refused both a room change and a refund. In addition, there was almost never anyone at the reception, and my messages were answered very late, if at all. Unfortunately, the Expedia customer service was also extremely unhelpful. At one point, support simply stopped responding to my messages. Later, I received a call, but even then there was no real solution offered – except for a partial refund of only $85, which is not acceptable considering the circumstances. As a long-time loyal Expedia customer, I expected better. I truly hope my feedback is taken seriously so that future travelers do not face the same situation, and that Expedia ensures proper standards and protection for its customers.

Keine schöne Lage die Bilder versprechen weitaus mehr, als man erwartet, das Frühstück wird in Fertigpackungen serviert und schmeckt nach dem dritten Tag einfach nicht mehr, das Meer und der Strand waren nicht schön, wir hatten uns bewusst für ein Hotel am Strand entschieden und nicht in der Altstadt, haben es aber sehr bereut

Schöner Ausblick auf die Altstadt

Wunderbare Aussicht über Rhetymon direkt am Strand, sehr schönes Apartment, auch gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Gratis Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank, sehr nett. Die Altstadt ist problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Strand ist leider mit einigem Plastikmüll bedeckt, da müsste die Stadt sich besser darum kümmern. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer serviert, ich würde aber dem Hotelpersonal vorschlagen, einen Instant Kaffee von Nestlé oder ähnlich aufs Zimmer zu legen, dass man den Kaffee in der praktischen Küche einfach selbst machen kann, denn ein kleiner Becher zum Frühstück war etwas wenig und auch dann nicht mehr ganz heiss. Aber das Hotel ist sehr neu und hat eine gute Lage und auch einen Parkplatz für Fahrzeuge direkt am Stand.

Hotel confortável em frente ao mar. Funcionário amável e que ajudou com as malas. Mas o pequeno almoço servido no quarto por um takeaway tinha algo contaminado que me deixou muito doente e a vomitar. Deveriam rever o contrato com esse fornecedor.

Magnifique hall vide lors de notre arrivée (comme tous les après-midi). Pas d accueil. Chambre tres confortable et propre mais bruit de la route++ et aperçu mer anecdotique. Plage sympa avec transats et parasols à disposition.(pas de serviette de plage) Possibilité de se garer à proximité. En résumé lit, chambre confortable mais bruyante. Personnel très gentil. Prestation pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.

Appartement moderne et très bien équipé. Petite piscine et transat devant la plage bien agréable. En revanche, près de la route principale ce qui cause du bruit incessant malgré les baies vitrées Insonorisées.
