The Villa Minea is an oasis of peace with large garden and outdoor area with heated pool, nestled in the typical Cretan countryside and just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Episkopi and the lively harbor town of Rethymno.

The fantastically located, built in 2015 natural stone villa offers with a floor space of approximately 235 square meters for at least 8 people and is located on a unique, 12. 000 square meters fully fenced private property above the small village Gerani and boasts a fantastic sea view from all rooms ,

Upon entering the villa, you enter the large, light-flooded living area. Loving details and high-quality furniture create a harmonious blend of modernity and tradition and invite you to feel good. The open fireplace with ventilation heating ensures cosiness even on cooler days, and the 40-inch internet-capable Ultra HD Smart TV promises a relaxing evening on the TV. The living area leads directly into the dining area. In the open plan, fully equipped kitchen, a long traditional wooden table with plenty of space for all guests feasts on extensive dinners. Also from here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. In the upper part of the villa there are two bedrooms. One room has an extra-long king bed measuring 180x210cm, the other bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm). In the lower area there are also two bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200cm). Each room has its own veranda furnished with comfortable seating and lounging possibilities. Rooftop terrace, which guarantees guests retreat and pure relaxation. The bedrooms are all equipped with ensuite bathroom, large panoramic windows, Internet-enabled full-HD Smart TV and air conditioning, so that nothing is left to be desired.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster. A coffee machine by Delonghi allows the preparation of different coffee specialties. The ground floor also has a separate guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine. Further facilities include WiFi, multimedia equipment, satellite TV. For families with smaller children are available, among other things toilet attachment, fall protection for the beds and riser increases.

The large outdoor area of Villa Minea is characterized by the original trees and the rock formations preserved in the construction of the villa, which form the image of the Cretan landscape. Directly in front of the villa you can enjoy the wonderful view over the lovingly designed garden to the sea from the shaded dining area or from the cozy lounge area. On this level is also the adjacent outdoor kitchen. In the midst of the herb garden, the grill friends can choose between a brick charcoal grill or a Weber gas grill. Many sun loungers with shady umbrellas and an additional covered pool deck with lounge furniture around the heated pool promise bathing pleasure and cozy hours.

The villa is suitable for couples, friends and families. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating so that they can be used in any season. On the pool level there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Behind the house are two shaded parking spaces available in close proximity to the house entrance. There is an external water point in the carport area.

The property is accessible in any season and in any weather comfortable on a paved road. The driveway on the property itself is also paved and you can drive to the front door.
