"The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. "It’s a perfect location for Portaventura. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with lots of choice. Rooms were very clean and the maid visited daily. Beds were very comfy. All in all a great stay. "
