"Lovely property in quiet county setting. We were a group on 8 friends staying for a long weekend. Plenty of space for us all to sit and relax. Well equipped kitchen, had everything needed to make our stay memorable. An hours walk across the fields to Southwold with its old fashioned pier, fish and chips and Adnams brewery and distillery. We booked a tour of Sizewell B nuclear power station that was well worth a visit!"

"Booked this fabulous house for our family celebration. The ground floor was amazing as there was room for the teenagers to play Pool, Table Tennis or Table Football and for the adults to do their own thing. The open plan layout also meant we could all be together but in our own space. The bedrooms worked well for us and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect - a few minutes walk to the High Street and a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. Thoroughly recommend this property."

However shortly before our arrival date the company changed our entry time to 7pm saying they had to deep clean the property due to COVID. "Everything was great, however we had a few minor moans for the managers to consider. A 9.30am check out seems very early when you have 12 people to get organised and a house to tidy. "Loved the de luxe room we were allocated. Whole of hotel was classy from the decor to staff attentiveness.Only chose to have the breakfast option which had many choices to choose from. Hotel is in the centre of Southwold and most things happen from the tour centre. Will definitely be going back there again."
