"The room was clean, however the hotel is very outdated. Staying by the pool side you can smell the bleach a lot and very noisy. Staff was great."

"We were in Lancaster for one night after visiting Niagara Falls and were very pleasantly surprised by these accommodations. The place was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Getting in and out was a bit stressful due to the layout of the roads, but everything else about our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area."

"Really enjoyed the room, its cleanliness, the facilities, and the overall convenience. Great for adults only and perfect for families with kids of all ages. The room we got was excellent, and the front desk placed us conveniently close to the pool and amenities, knowing we were there to use them—it was exactly what we wanted. My only small suggestion/issue was the limited time to use the amenities since they close so early. I don’t see why the games need to close so soon when check-in is at 4, even though you can start at 2 by the time dinner is done theres little time for kids to play otherwise we will be back for sure!"

"This hotel films people in their room. They made this obvious to me. They also discriminate against guests choosing prices based on if they fit the mold of what they are looking for or not. I was given a key card that with blue tape on it while others were given a purple key card. The gym wreaks of cigarette smoke as does most of the hotel. They choose not to open the windows ever. I was asked to leave for a ridiculous reason when the real reason was that they didn't like that I was a white single female traveling alone that enjoys alcohol and swimming in a thong bikini. If they want to only book with certain groups of people, then they should write this loudly and clearly. Filming guests in their rooms is completely illegal. Find something else to do!"
