"Check in took forever as not enough staff and the valet parking was not available despite the sign. The sauna was supposed to be warm until 10pm but was already room temp at 8pm (if ever switched on). Hallways and some parts of the hotel looked tired. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming, though."
