I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. I spent 2 nights without meeting a single person. You guys have to remove this House of Baron 2 from your website. "

"This was really a boarding house. I was given my one towel when checking in. There was no TP or soap of any kind. It looked as though there was one employee, and when she was done, good luck getting any help. And there were no female guests, just a bunch of young men. No mention of a wifi password, but since I only speak English and the host spoke a language that was not German, I suspect getting a password would have been futile. But, the spartan room was clean and in good condition."

I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. "The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine. The food was excellent and there was a nice view from the restaurant and terrace you can enjoy a drink on. The accommodation was right on the Rheinsteg which was great for us as we were walking."
