Everyone on the hotel team was warm, welcoming and looked after us very well. Excellent local knowledge and recommendations of local attractions and amenities. Perfect location in the old town. "We had an amazing experience at this boutique hotel. It is small and exclusive. We received individual attention. Our room was spotless and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious. "Fantastic hotel with superb staff! Excellent food choices in the buffet, street food and a la cartes. Lovely ambience in the hotel with a relaxed feel. Excellent bedroom with a lovely view, thoroughly recommend and we will be visiting again ! Great bars with excellent cocktails. Loads of people we spoke to were repeat visitors, including one couple who were there for their eighth time in four years…this says it all to be honest!"

"Super clean and classy room with a balcony with views of the sea. Great for a morning coffee. The shared pool was nice touch but limited sun but main pool was amazing - best sun lounges ever. All the staff was super friendly and kind - even gave me a free birthday. Good food choices and bar to lounge - super quiet so not you if need vibes. Would go again. Highly recommend."

"This resort is as good or better than advertised. Our room was impeccable. The private pool, although not a must, was super convenient. The water is on the cool side, so be ready for a true refreshing plunge. The private beach is super quiet and welcoming. The pebble beach was unique to us but we really enjoyed it. We took the package for breakfast meals included. I highly recommend. Although a buffet style, please remove any pre conceived ideas. Not a normal choice of ours, but this is truly the exception. Food was delicious, plentiful and huge variety…Service was spot on. Ambience was awesome with open windows for the cool breeze off the Mediterranean while enjoying the sun. Sit outside. No matter where you are on the resort, a drink, snack or meal is not far away. Staff is amazingly friendly. We will return."

Sun Palace Hotel - All inclusive

"Lovely stay at the Sun Palace Hotel. The pool areas and the water park were great. Lots of places to sit and sunbeds. The only problem was that the sunbeds are very dated and uncomfy, a lot of them are ripped, broken. The food always had great variety and there is something for everyone. In between meal times there are cafes which have food you can get at any point. Unlimited gyros at the water park cafe. There are a lot of drinks machines plotted around and you just help yourself which is great as you don’t have to queue at a bar waiting. Same with the ice cream. The room cleaning was not great. we selected our room to be cleaned every day and the towels were always replaced. However, the bedding wasn’t. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and it was not cleaned once. I think they only replace towels and change bedding on certain days. The location is close to Faliraki strip and beach. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the old town and airport in a car. There is free parking at the hotel and we hired a car which was great. Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly."
