"We stayed for a week in the Deluxe room and had an amazing stay. The room was large and the bed was a kingsize. The pool and area around it was clean and well kept and the sun loungers we're like beds so very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the best but there was plenty of options. The hotel is well located with the old town and beaches being a few minutes walk away. Finally the hotel staff were all really friendly. If we were to return to Rhodes I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent customer service! Got upgraded to a lovely corner room. Great breakfast included in price, nice pool. Only negatives were no mugs in room (given paper cups), drains smelt but then foreign drains can be like that and wet room bathroom got drenched (again, it’s the design but meant you couldn’t go on the bathroom after a shower for ages)."

"The most comfortable hotel since coming to Greece, but that's not to say that the others weren't nice. The front desk staff was great. Antonis, Despoina and Christinas, who work the checkin desk were so helpful and charming. Pythagoyas and Alexia, who work the bar, couldn't be more pleasant, Again.....wonderful staff. The breakfast was wonderful and again, the staff was amazing, cleaning up and resetting tables, replenishing food and keeping everything presentable. This hotel is across the street from the beach which we liked. Swim a bit to the right of where you enter the beach from the hotel as the water was clearer. Lots of beach beds. Old town is within easy walking distance. The hotel is in the middle of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!"

From the moment I stepped foot through the door, I knew I had stumbled upon something special. First and foremost, cleanliness was evident in every nook and cranny. I have never seen such pristine rooms in my life! The attention to detail was impeccable, and it made me feel instantly at ease knowing that I was staying in such a spotless environment. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for their exceptional work! Now, let's talk about the staff. Wow, oh wow! They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine willingness to assist with any request or inquiry made me feel like I was part of a big, happy family. Their knowledge of the local area and their helpful recommendations were invaluable. I truly felt like I had a personal concierge at my disposal! Kudos to Ana and Klevis! It exceeded my expectations in every way possible. If you're looking for a clean, safe, and cozy place to stay near the old town, with a staff that will make you feel like family, then look no further. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!"

"Breakfast amazing! Rooms small. Park area across from hotel seemed sketchy. Some drug use there so seemed unsafe. Even though I booked large room for 4 adults in hotel in January, they did not keep that room available and sent our family across street to apartment building. Also told them first day our phone didn’t work, but it was never repaired and we could not call family room to room all 5 days we were there. "
