"Very charming place with welcoming people!"

"Really helpful and polite staff, nice pool area and spa facilities. Good restaurant, well organized, excellent breakfast. The only ‘problem’ is the functionality of the room furniture - not as convinient as I would like. "

"Nice location friendly staff "

"The houses were very nice and spacious, there was plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to gather, the fireplace gave a cozy feeling, the staff was very soulful, we were told about many beautiful places to visit. I recommend"

"The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. "Nice comfortable clean room, great location for town and amazing facilities."

"Everything was very clean, great facilities, good selection of food. The only improvement would be the bed in the room. We stayed in 804 and the mattress was so worn it had dips in it which made for an uncomfortable sleep."

"The staff were fantastic and the facilities are amazing."

"I recommend Hotel Elbrus Spa !"

"Clean room, friendly staff, amazing views"

"Clean rooms and spa, Friendly staff."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!"

"Prefect quiet location clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were great and dinners too. I will stay again and highly recommend others too"

"Wonderful staff, great for fun stay with little children!!"

"The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was excellent, in walking distance of great restaurants and the gondola. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful."

"Alles was perfect "

"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"

"Highly recommended for family and single travels."

"Lovely chap who owns and runs the hotel, very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend "
