"Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!"

"Room is dirty (the floor, the sheets, the pillow, yellow running water). We booked a room through Expedia for 2 nights stay. Somehow when we arrive at 9pm for check-in, we were told that our reservation was cancelled was cancelled by us at 5pm that day and was not given any explanation,we had no choice but to rebook over the counter at TRIPLE the price we original had to pay. This felt like a scam honestly. Furthermore, for some reason the housekeepers always knocks at around 9am and attempts to...
