Very friendly and helpful staff, with restaurant and sightseeing suggestions, especially English-speaking Marco. Fantastic breakfast, rooms spotlessly clean.

Excellent breakfast, lots to choose from. Filtered water station at the end of the hall was very convenient and saved us from having to buy water bottles. Room was clean and roomy. Lots of storage. Did the online checking which made it easy when we got to the hotel. Only thing, if I had to say something I didn’t like is that they only had a liquid soap in the shower that was shampoo and body wash all in one. No conditioner.

Disappointing Stay – Run away!

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard — there were visible stains on both the bedsheets and towels. The pool was also a major issue: the water was green! and completely uninviting (see attached photo comparing their false advertising vs. reality) When my daughter raised her concerns about the pool, she was met with aggression instead of accountability — she was actually yelled at, by the owner (who's the mother of the manager) for complaining. Told that we can either leave or call the police or she will kick us out. Really unbelievable that a hotel can be run like this. I strongly doubt their 4 star qualification. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Finalmente un 4 stelle che offre i servizi di un 4 stelle visto che ultimamente è veramente difficile trovare strutture adeguate. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza e la cortesia di tutto il personale e questo fa davvero la differenza. Inutile dire che la colazione è il loro punto forte vista la varietà e la qualità delle proposte che accontentano veramente i gusti di tutti. Altro punto a suo favore è la presenza di una piccola palestra che permette in qualche modo di potersi allenare discretamente. Infine, ultima chicca è la macchinetta del caffè/the presente nei pressi della reception che da la possibilità di potersi gustare un ottimo caffè o una camomilla a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Tra l'altro, essendo venuto in periodo natalizio, al check out ho anche ricevuto un piccolo cadeau con all'interno dei dolcetti e una penna. Che dire: ritornerò sicuramente!!!

Molto buono

Buon hotel non lontano dal lungomare. Bene l'accoglienza, la camera era pulita, non particolarmente spaziosa ma con un balconcino. Purtroppo non ben insonorizzata, e i clienti maleducati li trovi sempre. Colazione top. C'è un parcheggio privato, a pagamento e non economicissimo, altrimenti l'auto va in strada a parchimetro, oppure lontano. Piscina panoramica e solarium, distributore di acqua gratuito ad ogni piano.

Veldig koselig hotell som var hjemmekoselig. God frokost med masse utvalg og resepsjonistene var alltid tilgjengelige og hyggelige. Kort vei til togstasjon og kort vei til strand og hyggelige gater.

Era tutto sommato bella la colazione perfetta ma troppo cara sei euro a persona sono troppi il parcheggio visto che il comune li ha messi a pagamento finì alle due di notte con partenza dalle otto di mattina il parcheggio dell’hotel doveva essere non ha pagamento il personale era perfetto gentile e cortese in tutto e’ consigliabile

Koselig hotell, veldig bra service og frokost.

Fint hotell med veldig god service i koselige Riccione. Kort vei ned til stranden. Bassenget på taket ser flott ut på bilder men beliggenheten og manglende plass på taket gjorde at det ble ubrukt. Veldig bra frokost!

Hotel Augustus je svělá volba!

Naprostá spokojenost! Úžasné snídaně, skvělý servis, snadné parkování, vzorová čistota, velmi ochotný a příjemný personál, chutné večeře s ochutnávkou sangrie. Dobře fungující wi-fi. Na střeše hotelu je bazén, který je skvělým nápadem. Doporučili nám nedaleký plážový servis (asi 700 metrů od hotelu), kde jsme byli naprosto spokojeni. Na cestu zpět jsme dostali vychlazenou vodu zdarma. Tento hotel je vynikající volbou pro každého. Vřele doporučuji všem - byla to nádherná dovolená!

Una meraviglia

Hotel che raccomando a tutti. Staff gentilissimo, autentico e sempre presente per ogni esigenza. Posizione top, vicino viale Ceccarini, via Dante e il mare; in zona tranquilla e verde. Piscina sul tetto e vista panoramica bellissima. Colazione da 5 stelle, una meraviglia. Grazie per tutto e a presto:-)
