"Beautiful town, everything was perfect. Friendly host, met us and took us where we needed to park and walked us down ro the town & our room. From all reviews I read, we didn’t take out big suitcases down as there are no elevators and it’s hundreds of stairs to get any where you want to go. So put the essentials in a small bag as you’ll have to carry it up and down. All well worth it, beautiful town. Picture perfect. We had a balcony and the views were amazing. Will be returning"

"If you're planning a visit to La Spezia, look no further. Host was exceptional who genuinely cares about her guests. She was kind, and responsive. The property was quite clean. and location was very convenient."

"We drove in by car, and the road in is not for the faint of heart, however, once we arrived, this property made it worth the journey. Views were beautiful. Parking is scarce, so I recommend the owners parking site for the extra 15 euros a day. Restaurants nearby were plentiful. I recommend this place if you’re up to the climbing required!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Renata . Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wirklich toll zu jeder Tageszeit .(unser Highlight der Sonnenaufgang). Und die Gegend super ruhig und entspannt. Die Kinder hatten großen Spaß im Pool . Zu 4 war es etwas beengt, da 2 auf dem Sofa (deutlich durchgelegen ) im Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben. Dies war uns im Vorfeld aber bewusst und kein Problem, da wir eh so gut wie immer auf der Terrasse draußen waren. ( dank Überdachung sogar bei Regen). Die Küche hat keine Spühlmaschine ( darauf haben wir im Vorfeld aber auch nicht geachtet ), der Schrank für die Töpfe riecht leider leicht modrig. Ansonsten ist die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet für 4 Personen .Renata war super über WhatsApp erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps u.a. zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und kostenlosen Parkplätzen in der Stadt . Wir kommen gerne wieder !"
