This newly renovated home is situated on a full-size lot with year 'round deep water, two docks, and a spacious walk-out basement which includes a new sunroom with 180 degree views of the lake. Upstairs you will find (3) bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Downstairs you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and sunroom with plenty of seating for entertaining or relaxing with a good book.

Downstairs has the main living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and expansive sunroom-- perfect for entertaining or relaxing while overlooking the lake! The walkout basement offers two entrances to the backyard where you will find a private patio with a gas fireplace, gas grill, and seating.

The home is located just seconds off of High Rock Lake's main channel and offers year 'round deep water ideal for swimming or fishing. The two docks offer plenty of space to park your boat or launch the kayaks or canoe.
