Great stay with a great view
We have stayed at Rodney and Amy's place 3 or 4 times now. They are very fine hosts, ensuring that we have everything we need, and they are easy to communicate with. The house is spacious, clean, and very nice, complete with a patio and dock. The view of the lake is spectacular. I would highly recommended these hosts and this property.

Everything was great, smooth check in and a beautiful home. Around 15 minutes from Cooperstown, right on the lake with beautiful views. Definitely would love to come back and would highly recommend!

Lovely stay!
The house was so clean! The views were lovely and the kitchen had all the essentials. We had easy drives to Cooperstown - farmer's market, baseball hall of fame, shopping and Mel's was delicious! Also went to Fly Creek, Ommegang Brewery, and The Farmer's Museum. Location was good and we had plenty of parking. The game room was a nice feature on our rainy weekend!

Wonderful house!
We loved everything about the house! It is very clean. We enjoyed the lake view and we had a beautiful sunset on the first night. It’s a very comfortable place. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. It’s a great home base for visiting the Hall of Fame and other local sites. We enjoyed the baseball memorabilia/induction certificates of many famous players. My husband had fun playing the PAC Man game. The host responded promptly to any questions. We definitely recommend this house!

Great house with amazing view!
The house is amazing for a small family group looking to get away. The game room was a huge hit with the kids. The dock and access to the kayaks allowed for many great memories and beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful lakefront home
We enjoyed our relaxing stay. The weather was very windy so we weren't able to enjoy the outside areas and fire pits. The home is very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The listing is accurate. Because we rented before Memorial Day very few restaurants were open during the week . Also it should be noted that you enter the home on the bedroom level and have to go down many steps to reach the living/kitchen areas. My husband had a total knee replacement in February so he got built in therapy! Wonderful home - great lake sunsets

Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. I designed the layout and the whole thought behind it is once you’re there when you walk out on the patio from the main living space you are at lake level, otherwise you’d be up and down stairs from an upper deck to get there which we didn’t want!

All Star Lake House provides it all for a great lake vacation.
We have been visiting Richfield Spring over the years, and Rodney and his family have always been great hosts. We like the house's setting, the game room, waterfront presence. Always a good time.

Wife's college roommates (+ 2 husbands) - 43 years ago - from 3 states (Oh/NY/SC) ... hoped for great weather. Loved the house and setup - great time (never used the tv). Scenic hills & lake - location, location, location. Lots of cooking - good kitchen, comfy rooms, too rainy/cold for firepit/kayaking ... but, it was all good. Thank you for the opportunity (although detail cleaning was lacking).

Great getaway
This is the second time we've stayed at Rodney and Amy's property. The house is very nice: clean, plenty of room, nice patio, relaxing, and it has a great view of the lake from several rooms. The owners are pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Email instructions were accurate and received as promised. The rental property was very nice. Contacted owner with a question and he responded promptly. Very nice lakefront property. Cellphone coverage was almost nonexistent.

Stunning views in a cozy lake house
The owner was quick to reply with any of our simple questions. The check-in process was a breeze. All the info shared by the owner in advance made finding the home, parking and access so easy. The home itself was even more than the pics showed. Plus it was very clean! There was nothing that we felt was missing and our stay was great, There was plenty of room for us seven women to even be in the kitchen at the same time! The views were amazing. We would go back in a heartbeat. We were there in the winter when the lake was frozen and we could watch people out on the ice...fishing and just strolling. We could only imagine what it would be like in the summer!

Beautiful property
The property was beautiful and very spacious. The view of the frozen lake outside was majestic and my mother enjoyed watching it start to thaw. We were able to play with some of the snow and my teenage son was able to experience it for the first time. My son was also very happy with the game room. The only thing to mention is that if you plan to cook anything, you have to supply all condiments and basics. This was more of a small inconvenience but didn't dampen the experience and beauty of the rental. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Lisa, very glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. In Regards to the condiments there is salt/pepper in the cabinet and a few spices. Pre-pandemic we used to leave some items in the fridge but no longer do that since Covid as many others places now do. Safe travels!

Cooperstown Dreams Park stay on Lake Canadarago
Amazing sunsets and impressively clean lake, just a short drive from Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was comfortable and is in a great location. Unfortunately the second floor deck area is in desperate need of a power washing and the south side of the house had stairs and retaining walls in a suspended state of repair that was not acknowledged in the listing.

My apologies about that roughly 10x10 area where the tree fell down, it is up by the driveway, not by any means advertised in our listing as an area available, or for that matter ever used by guests, it should not have any impact whatsoever on someone’s stay at the home. We have been attempting to coordinate with contractors combined with an open window of vacancy to repair. The deck are was recently cleaned along with painting the entire home, the bugs who we continue to ask to go elsewhere just continue to return🤷‍♂️

Moms Lakeside Retreat from Baseball
Three of us baseball moms stayed at the lakeside home while our boys played baseball at Dreams Park. The setting is gorgeous and tranquil. The home is comfortable, well kept and clean inside, however, the outside needs a good pressure washing to clean the bugs from the windows, screens and door thresholds. Rodney was very communicative and responsive. Overall a great stay, only wish we had more time to enjoy the water!

Amy, we painted the entire exterior of the home 2 weeks prior to your arrival to freshen it up, so recently we haven’t even had a chance to update our photos yet…sorry about a couple bugs but we have been in a years long battle with x them, we try to get rid of them, keep telling them not to come back but I think they like the lake life because they just keep coming back…

Great winter getaway
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed spending winter break in this beautiful house. The game room was a big hit as well as the view of the lake. My three kids had plenty of room to spread out amongst the three different floors and my wife I loved the views from the giant master bedroom. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had such a great time at the Allstar Lakehouse. The setting was so beautiful and waking up to views of the lake each morning made it near perfect. The house was in great condition and our only regret is that it was too cold to really enjoy the outdoor amenities. Our children loved being able to use the game room and the toys that the house provided. The location was great to be close enough to visit Cooperstown and all the attractions it provides while being close to a grocery store and a few nice restaurants for takeout. We would definitely recommend the house and our kids already want to go back!

We were in much needed rest and relaxation after a grueling year. Due to other obligations, we only had 1 day/overnight to get together. Mr. Campbell was gracious enough to allow us to stay for an overnight. He was flexible in terms of our arrival and departure. He responded quickly to questions that we had. The home was so beautifully and comfortable appointed. WE All had a great time. Thanks again. This may turn out to be a traditional annual event.
