After a switched room, said clean, obvious no sweep or mop, mildew in the shower especially aling the bottom of the shower curtain, bot enough towels and wash clothes or soap and shampoo for 3 quests had to ask for more gave them to us but reluctantly, male at desk not helpful at all the lady was wonderful, my daughter lost a ring so we pulled everything out before we left after we were packed up nasty under everything including under microwave beds bureaus tgey need a new real cleaning staff. Some little brown bug in room luckily only saw. Stayed 3 days for my sons boot camp graduation, to late to book elsewhere especially being on the rd 24hrs. Or we would have gone elsewhere will not stay again would not recommend. And its a lie about pool access elsewhere they didnt even know its in there advertising that they are family friendly with access to indoor pool.also continental breakfast not."

"I used this property for my sons turning green ceremony on January and rented it again for his turning blue & graduation ceremonies. We enjoyed the clean relaxing space and just wants to relax in the family room and watch movies. The host is very responsive and the property is close to base and other shopping areas. Would definitely rent again if ai had to come back to Columbus. "
