When we arrived, our room had black mold on the vent to the AC unit. The lady at the front desk was more than willing to switch our room. Our second room was a nonsmoking room but as soon as you open the door it smelled of straight smoke. We asked for our room to be changed again. Our third room was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Facility is outdated, water spots on ceiling, old ac units, despite updates in pictures.

The staff was nice and friendly, and the hotel has ample parking, but unfortunately, cleanliness and hygiene were a major concern during my stay. The rooms are in serious need of renovation. The bathroom was rusted and dirty, the shower curtain needed to be replaced, and items such as the towels and bedding could definitely use an upgrade. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the room. The hallway carpets had very visible stains, and the phone in the room did not work. Breakfast was also disappointing, with no real protein options available. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff and the convenient parking, being friendly does not make up for poor hygiene and cleanliness. Management really needs to invest in renovating the rooms, replacing worn-out items, and improving the overall cleanliness of the property. With these improvements, the hotel could provide a much better experience for guests.

Everything was fine, we felt safe. It was definitely run down, but not a bad place for the price. The shower didn’t drain fast (at all) so after a 5 minute shower we were standing in water up to our shin. Overall, fine experience but probably won’t be back

Este hotel estaba muy limpio, el trato de sus empleados fue muy afable, durante nuestra estadía, a las 3:30 am, hubo una falsa alarma de incendio, cuando intentamos comunicarnos con la recepción nos dimos cuenta de que el teléfono de la habitación solo está de lujo, como un adorno, pues no estaba cableado, al igual que el de la segunda habitación que ocupamos, también pude darme cuenta que pasaba lo mismo con otras habitaciones, conversando con otros huéspedes, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno, el área de desayuno muy limpia.

Apparently housekeeping is not included in the amenities. Upon returning to my room in the afternoon beds were not made towels were not replaced and there are no wash clothes. When I inquired with front desk they informed me that “room service” ie housekeeping, needs to be requested and is not included in the stay. The breakfast was adequate. The pool was mediocre but there is a huge, active construction site on the other side of the fence from the pool with ZERO privacy. The building is ill kept , dingy , and there is an odor that smacks in the face when you walk in the front door.

Decent stay for a couple of nights. The hotel decor was a little tired but the room was fairly new and clean. Breakfast was fine, although they ran out of several items on our first morning there so make sure you arrive early.

Staff was often not right at the desk. Instead, they would be back in an office. One night desk staff person was watching a movie on her cell phone with foul language out loud. No ice machine working on any of the floors. Difficult to understand the staff (language barrier). The breakfast was very nice. Many options. The woman handling the breakfast room did an excellent job keeping everything well stocked and cleaned the tables after each guest(s) left their table when finished.
