Only had 2 towels for 3 people. Took over 24 hours before we got more. Kept being told housekeeping was doing laundry. Most of the staff sat on the patio smoking. Also door from pool to outdoors had to stay propped open because room keys didn’t work in the doors. Only positives were the breakfasts and was quiet in our room.

Great place to stay

Needed to make a last minute change to my itinerary and the staff was more than accommodating and didn’t charge a cancellation fee for one night that was canceled. Also, there was a problem with the toilet in my original room, but they were quick to move me down the hall. Great customer service!

The property needs to be updated. The Lady who checked us in and was on duty when we checked out were very helpful. But the property has older furniture and not as clean as I would like.

The checkin was easy. The staff quickly got extra towels when I needed more. They were helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were super nice and friendly. The breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and the condiments. Cranberry, apple, and orange juice as well as lemonade. Milk, coffee, tea. The breakfast was very good. The dining area was clean, comfortable, plenty of seats, and you could watch tv during your meal.

There are stains everywhere, even just walking up to the room. The room itself was pretty dirty. The toilet was running nonstop when I arrived. There were cockroaches on the walls stains on the walls bathtub with stand and dirty ended up canceling and getting a full refund.

The room was clean and all the staff o encountered were very friendly. The room was comfortable but needs some fixing up. The breakfast was pitiful. No toast, muffins, bagels. No Splenda. I got a great price on my stay but will not return as there are so many other places to stay.

Staff was nice and helpful. Property looks nice pool and Gym included. Room was clean but it was a dirty used towel hanging on the door in the bathroom and the 3rd floor hallway leading to my room smelled horrible and the people beside us smoked and you could smell in the bathroom so had to keep the door shut. It was also a lot of different type of people may or may not been on drugs. Our neighbors also had a fight at 5AM apparently someone stole something from him. The hotel itself was not bad at all it was really just some the people occupying it.

The room was dirty and smelled musty. The couch was missing a cushion. However, it was so gross I wouldn’t sit on it anyway. The phone had no cord. There was no iron. We couldn’t get a blanket. The front desk was rarely manned. Breakfast area was well maintained.
