The room was clean and quiet and the staff were professional and courteous. I did not get to use the bar or the morning breakfast, but the cookies for snacking and the hot water for tea was very nice.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Decor is not the most up-to-date, but I liked the room layout. Staff were friendly and professional. On the night I stayed, the restaurant/bar area was wildly understaffed, leading to delays, but the one heroic employee doing all the jobs really made every effort. Housekeeping staff came tapping on a bunch of doors including mine at about 9:30 am--checkout is not until noon, and I'm not sure why in the age of computerized key cards, they wouldn't have a real-time list of who has checked out. Not a huge disruption, but it was weird.

Nice location, comfortable beds, courteous front desk staff and very friendly . As a titanium Elite, I can confidently say the front desk staff was one of the best compared to other Bonvoy hotels. I love the complementary water. Overall 5 star stay !!
