Room was clean but had deteriorated due to cheap materails. The bed squeeked and bumped every time I rolled over; heard the same from the room above and beside in both rooms on both trips (very cheap bed frames). Poor trash removal, good housekeeping, polite at office, clean premises. Elevator broke once, hot water went out once and all water went out once.

Glen and affordable hotel it is new build. It was a little bit noisy sometimes cause I stayed next to the gym but overall really pleasant experience. Grateful for work trip. Our family stay safe neighborhood.

This is a very nice bang for your buck place to stay when in RVA. About 10 miles from downtown if you like the city. Very clean and modern setup and the stay is always nice as Ive been here multiple times already.

I really loved our stay here! I loved the full fridge, little kitchen area in the room, plenty of outlets, large bathroom with plenty of places to hang your towel, the shower was great/plenty of hot water, and I felt extremely safe because you had to have your room key to enter the hotel at all times. My only wish is that there was a full length mirror in the room, but there is one in the hallway. All in all it was a great stay! I was impressed with it being a newly open hotel for it to be very well organized and staffed well with professional staff.

Staff was rude. Internet did not work. I did not feel safe. Quiet hours were not observed nor were they enforced by staff. No amenities in lobby.

Was ok, but going downhill fast

The first week was great, staff was helpful and friendly. The second week revealed the issues, lack of general cleaning in public areas and very limited staff present. Broken card reader at entrance for 2 weeks. This place is going downhill fast.

I appreciate the atmosphere and its location; the comfort of the air conditioner I didn’t like the fact: 1) that there was no toilet cover; we had to bring one of the chairs in the bathroom to sit and oil myself; 2) that there was no floor mat for tub or after you step out of shower/tub; 3) that the soap holder is on the wall behind you; and 4) no hand towel.

A newer facility. An extended stay style complex. Arrived after midnight. Front door locked. No attendant at the front desk to notice us. Lucky another guest had just come downstairs and saw us at the front door and came and let us in. I think there was a buzzer to notify an attendant of my arrival, but not certain about that. Check-in was easy. Elevator to third floor worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette had full size over/under full size fridge. Two burner electric stove top and single sink. Nice bathroom. Good towels. Not thin but not plush. No coffee maker in room. No breakfast but instead food vending machines downstairs and a juice machine. Didn’t see a coffee machine downstairs.
