"former Holiday Inn the hotel has been fully refurbished. The hotel has a great location at the end of Columbus Ave and is close to Fishermans Wharf in a fairly quiet safe area. Public transport includes the 30 Bus (Chinatown, Union Sq) The historic F Line trolley buses and the famous Cable Cars. The hotel has a bar/restaurant with breakfast available and complimentary coffee in the morning. There is a small popular heated outdoor swimming Pool . Rooms are clean & modern and cleaned everyday. A good choice fot a stay in San Francisco."

"The property itself was stunning. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The room was beautiful. The area around the hotel was rough. Construction everywhere and the homeless population was to the extent it felt unsafe to walk around. We witnessed a women drop her pants and defecate right out front in between two cars. Again properly beautiful but just watch your surroundings when not on the property itself. "
