Me and my family stayed 3 nights in a King suite with living and kitchen area. The staff were amazing. No complaints. We really enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast every morning. We will be back if ever in Richmond again!

We had a very decent stay at this hotel in August of 2026. Despite being 15 minutes from our daily destination, we thought it worth it due to the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was decent every day; different options every day in terms of hot food, which we appreciated. Our one and only complaint is that despite the hot tub and pool, we did not like that they closed at 8pm every night. Most hotels we’ve stayed at with these amenities at least keep them open until 10pm, which would make a world of difference in our opinion. I’m not certain why they made that decision, but it’s a poor one that’s for sure.

I enjoyed my stay. I booked for the pool and if I had known the pool hours I would have maybe went with another option. The location is clean and safe but my recommendation is to extend the pool hours.

Great Place to Stay

Amazing, wife loved the room with a kitchen, it felt and smelled like new all over, this will be our hub stoop for our monthly travels. The Breakfast was fantastic like being at home. Only issue nickle and dime the cutomer to pay for parking , its crazy.

Overall, the hotel was nice. The breakfast was not good & barely any choices. Very small amount of food & the eggs were disgusting. Being that close to the airport, we heard the planes constantly at night. That's not great for a light sleeper. The staff was friendly, with a special shout out to Whitney at the front desk who was very friendly & accommodating. :-)
