Staff was extremely friendly and answered all of the questions that I had. We had 4 children and the two of us, and it was an overall good experience. The kids had a blast in the pool that was nice and clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good for hotel food. Only complaints that I have is that the building is definitely due for some renovations, but wouldn’t say it was enough to impact our stay. If you’re looking for a nice affordable stay, then I would say this is a good place to go.

The suite we got for our family had some issues with outlets not working, but we were able to switch to another suite in good working order. All carpeted areas could use more vacuuming. Geese in front of hotel had left a lot of droppings. The stay was okay, but not stellar.

Our room was very clean. All employees we encountered were very courteous and personable—front desk, breakfast attendant, maintenance staff. Accommodations were just as described and very comfortable. Plenty of parking and great location for shops and restaurants.

The property in general was clean and the staff was good. However, our room was not great. It was a mini suite. The bathroom was disgusting. The tile floor had areas of mold and the floor clearly wasn't mopped for a very long time. The kitchen had rotting wood. The refrigerator was not able to be opened since the doors were installed backwards.

I reserved a king suite. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. It was nice having the separate living room/kitchen away from the bedroom and bathroom. Having the fully equipped kitchen was convenient. The breakfast each morning was nice, although the three mornings we were there featured the same scrambled eggs that were flavorless. It would be nice to have an option of hard boiled eggs as well. Having coffee available 24 hours was a nice convenience.
