"We only stayed one night and were not in the room much so this worked fine. Everything was ok but the chair in the room had 2 large and very obvious stains and there was no soap for the bathroom sink. the breakfast had both cold and hot items but again, just ok."

"We were feeling really optimistic when checking in, as the facility looked clean and taken care of. When we got to our room, the A/C unit did not work so it was approximately 80 degrees in our room, with no way to decrease the temp. Additionally, there was a smoke alarm that chirped throughout the entire stay, even though cleaning staff had been in and out of the room. I had initially booked the hotel due to the pool and hot tub, and the hot tub was filled but was closed off, saying authorized personnel only, so we were unable to use that too."
