Waffles at breakfast were great but had to make then yourself. Room was in deplorable condition. Walls were a mess, carpet was ripped, bed sheets had more burn holes than could be counted. Mini frig was rusted. This place needs lots of help. Staff was nice and accommodating, only plus!!!!

The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. A reasonably priced motel. Some problems — some pieces of furniture need to be replaced; a second bar of soap (very small) would be nice; a little more breakfast items would help. All-in-All, I would stay again. Thank you!

Quite honestly..you get what you pay for. However...TV had lines going down it...sink didn't drain.I fixed it myself. Bed was decent...water pressure was decent. .breakfast was absolute trash...there is 1 waffle maker for the entire place AND it does not cook them the whole way so watch for that...the milk sits out the entire time so it is warm and cannot be used.. just spend a little more and go right next door to a well known hotel name.

I want to happily say that the staff at The Microtel compensated me for my last trip, and i am so happy about this, Raj at the front desk is great, and immediately took care of this for me upon arrival, and this stay I booked a suite, wich I can happily say I have been so comfortable in and it is great , convenient,clean, fan works in the bathroom, everything is wonderful, I am so happy as this is my go to hotel , its safe , chill and in the most convenient location... I am very happy with this trip and want to thank everybody from Raj, the owner and desk staff , I greatly appreciate you, it made me feel appreciated as a customer and so happy to be loyal to this hotel for the past 5 yrs...i will continue to come back , it really is the safest hotel in the area, and a chill comfortable vibe!

It was cheap. It was clean, faucet handles were broken, we were only there for a night so I just wanted something cheap with a simple breakfast. It was cheap but the breakfast was the most lacking I've ever had, there were literally only waffles and bagels. Nothing else, coffee was not good and that was all there was! 👎
