  • Hosted by an experienced host, this modernized suite in a 120 plus year old historical building offers 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms retreat with a beautifully landscaped private garden. The 1400 sq ft (130 sq. m) suite has been remodeled with black Mahagony hardwood flooring and quartz counter tops and provides a quiet refuge in the hidden waterfront City of Point Richmond.
    Over half a dozen restaurants, two grocery stores, multiple coffee shops are within one or two short blocks. Short access to bike trails, Marin County, Keller Beach, hiking trails with panoramic view of the Bay Area, bird watching, and secluded shorelines, and a lot more.
    Take the Ferry to San Francisco's Ferry building: 2 miles away. Or walk to the historic Richmond Plunge for a swim.
    The private backyard and terrace are the perfect retreat for you and your family where you can barbecue or just relax under the canvass shade.
