"Unique little inn with spacious rooms. It was a breath of fresh air to NOT stay in a chain hotel. The room was clean and quiet. the staff was courteous and helpful with walking distance restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful dinner at Lillie Pearl. Surprised by the great breakfast and excellent coffee the next morning at hotel's on site cafe. The only negative was we got a $30 parking ticket at the nearby garage we were advised to park at. The machine that distributes tickets was broken and we listened to a local who did it was ok to park there without paying. My bad. I would stay him at London Row"

"This hotel was absolutely wonderful and in a perfect location. The Front desk was kind and very helpful on everything level . The room was very quiet and clean — I loved the hotel. The Valet service especially Angel was extremely helpful, kind and courteous and was the best part of my stay at the Berkeley. It’s the small details that matter and valet service like Angel makes the difference in a hotel stay. The Berkeley hotel is my hotel for all my trips to Richmond and make sure to ask for Angel — he is one of the best !!!"
