The room was clean but we asked for extra towels and didn’t get them until a day later. You could see the exposed mattress base which I would expect to be covered for cleanliness and appearance. It just made the place look unkept and cheap despite the high price tag we paid for the room. Location was great. Overall experience could have been better and should have been for what we paid.

"Didn’t like the Harbor view because it was blocked by a staircase. Would have been nice if the restaurant could open at 4:00-4:30 or at least have the fine bar cover it for an hour. We went to the neighboring town instead which was fine."
