"This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. We are very appreciative of all the effort that went into it. The hot tub was great for our kids. There was a fire pit on site and there is a separate company who stocks...

Definitely, highly recommend at stay here whether just passing thru or for the MLB Baseball Hall of Fame/Dreams Park, or any other reason you have to be in the Cooperstown/Milford are of upstate NY. 10/10 NOT a DISLIKE, but merely a minor inconvenience: Pool & jacuzzi were under closed/under maintenance. Need more baggage trollies. Despite signs in the lobby and the elevator(s), some customers kept the (2) available ones in their rooms overnight and therefore were unavailable in the morning of checkout. "
