"One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!"

"Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. "This is an historic home with beautiful details and quirks that only older homes will have. It is a perfect location between Downtown Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park, which made it great for our baseball family. There is a lovely yard with a fire pit and a beautiful creek for fishing or just enjoying the view. The owners were very communicable and made sure to do everything to make our stay comfortable."
